Your Guide to Breastfeeding

There are many benefits to breastfeeding your baby, including providing your baby nutrients, boosting your baby’s immune system, and helping you bond with your baby. WMRC is proud to provide their FREE breastfeeding class, taught by a Certified Lactation Counselor, that will take you through the basics and get you off to a great start. We understand the importance of a support person and that breastfeeding is proven to be more successful as a team, so we encourage you to bring your support person to the class with you. It is recommended that this class be taken shortly before the 3rd trimester, but you may attend at any time that is convenient for you.

The class will be held in the WRMC Wellness Works Classroom, located at 125 Hospital Drive, Watertown, WI 53098. Enter through the Emergency Department entrance.
